Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm
Thursday 8am-12pm
This program offers discounted lab services to patients ages 18 years and older with a healthcare provider’s prescription. This is a cost-effective program that is ideal for uninsured, under-insured and high deductible insurance plans.
All insurance is billed through Labcorp.
Individuals 18 years and older wishing to have labs drawn should bring their doctor’s orders, have their orders faxed to 217-214-6335, or emailed to aclab@adamscountyil.gov.
Results will be sent to healthcare providers who will be responsible for patient notification and follow-up.
