Adams County is represented by 7 districts, each district represented by 3 elected county board members.

All 7 Districts
District 1 Includes the southwest portion of the City of Quincy.
Contains Quincy Precincts 6, 7, 19, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40.
District 2 Includes the northwest portion of the City of Quincy.
Contains Quincy precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
District 3 Includes the central portion of the City of Quincy.
Contains Quincy precincts 16, 17, 20, 21, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33.
District 4 Includes the eastern portion of the City of Quincy.
Contains Quincy precincts 15, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28.
District 5 Includes the western rural area north of Quincy and a small part of the northern area of the city of Quincy.
Contains Quincy precincts 8 & 9 and the precincts of Ellington 1, Ellington 2, Ellington 3, Mendon 1, Mendon 2, Riverside 1, Riverside 2 Riverside 3 and Ursa.
District 6 Includes Lima, Lorraine, Columbus, Camp Point, Clayton, Golden, and Liberty.
Contains the precincts of Beverly, Camp Point 1, Camp Point 2, Clayton, Columbus, Concord, Gilmer, Honey Creek, Houston, Keene, Liberty, Northeast and McKee.
District 7 Includes the southernmost edge of the city of Quincy and continuing along the southern part of the county.
Contains the precincts of Burton, Fall Creek, Melrose 1, Melrose 2, Melrose 3, Melrose 4, Melrose 5, Melrose 6, Payson 1, Payson 2 and Richfield.
