As your Circuit Clerk, I am pleased to offer what will be an easy and effective way to view certain records in our office. Click “Search Court Records” on the left side menu bar to begin.

Although most records will be made available, there will be records that are ordered suppressed, impounded or confidential. Those records may not be viewed or accessed.

The Circuit Clerk’s Office offers several options for credit/debit card payment of fines, costs and bail. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A convenience fee is charged based on the amount of the payment. The convenience fee is not retained by the Circuit Clerk and is a fee of the company processing the payment.
