Schedule of Fees

Temporary food stand permit fees and application fees are due at the time of application. Initial licensure fees for retail food establishments will be prorated based on a fee cycle that ends June 30th. Fees to renew the annual license are payable before June 30th of each year.

Food Establishment Fees

One time application fee for opening of a new retail food establishment $100
Plan review fee for new construction or extensively remodeled food establishments--Category 1/High Priority $150
Plan review fee for new construction or extensively remodeled food establishments--Category 2/Medium Priority $150
Plan review fee for new construction or extensively remodeled food establishments--Category 3/Low Priority $75
Annual licensure fee for retail food establishments rated Category 1/High Priority $525
Annual licensure fee for retail food establishments rated Category 2/Medium Priority $350
Annual licensure fee for retail food establishments rated Category 3/Low Priority $175
Late retail food establishment licensure renewal fees received after June 30th (Compliance proceedings will be initiated on any fees not paid by July 31st) $100
Re-Inspection fee assessed for 3rd observation of a repeated violation $100
Re-Inspection fee assessed for 4th observation of a repeated violation (additional repeated violations will result in non-renewal of license)  $150

Temporary food stand permit fee (1-3 consecutive days)  $50
Temporary food stand permit fee (4-7 consecutive days)  $75
Temporary food stand permit fee (8-14 consecutive days)

Temporary food stand permit fee for Farmers' Market location (one permit is required per farmers' market location per year) $100 
Additional Temporary food stand permit fee for applications received less than 2 business days before event $25
