Early Voting

Who may vote early?

Early voting will be offered to any registered voter in Adams County.

An early voter is not required to state a reason for early voting.

NOTE: Once an early vote has been cast, the vote is final. The voter may not go to the polling place on Election Day to change the vote.

When does early voting begin?

Early voting takes place 40 days prior to the election and extends through the day before an election.

Early voting takes place on some Saturdays before an election.

Where can you vote early?

Early Voting will be held in the County Clerk’s Office, 507 Vermont St, Quincy, IL during normal working hours, Monday thru Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm, except holidays.

Early voting for the November 5, 2024 General Election

Regular Hours:  September 26-November 4th, M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM, Except holidays (October 14th)

Saturday Hours: October 26th & November 2nd 8:30 - Noon
