The Adams County Clerk’s Office serves as the official record keeper for births, deaths, and marriages that take place in Adams County.

Our office has birth records and death records dating back to 1878 and marriage records dating back to 1825.

Our office can only provide copies of records that occurred in the County of Adams. If the event did not place in Adams County, please contact the county in which the birth, death, or marriage occurred.

There will be a $1.75 (or 3.5% after $50.00) service fee added to all credit/debit cards used in person.
