We are seeking your help in updating our after-hour emergency business information.  This information aids us in contacting business owners and managers in case an emergency (fire, burglary, alarm, etc.) should occur while the business is closed.

Print the Business Information form.  Once you have the form, you may mail or fax it to us.  Or send the requested information via email to 911@quincyadams911.org If you have any questions, please contact us at 228-4573, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

We also ask that any information regarding alarms or special considerations (hazardous materials, oxygen tanks, etc.) be listed so emergency units can be prepared for any crisis that may arise. This information is only given out to emergency personnel (police, fire, and ambulance) when applicable.
