Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA)

A UOCAVA voter is a citizen who lives overseas or is serving in the US Armed Forces and will not be in their home county on Election Day.

Spouse and/or Dependents of the Military voter also fall under this act.

Voters who take advantage of this act can request to have a ballot sent to them for every election for one year.
